Advanced Quota Control

Advanced quota control helps you limit the responses to your survey based on Responses to survey questions or System variable / Geo-Location. You can set up quota based on answers to multiple questions, custom variables, number of responses for each option, geo-location, and more.

Yes, you can apply quota control on multiple questions as well. Go to:

Login » Survey » Edit » Advanced Quotas

• Click on Add Advanced Quota
• Type name
• Enter the quota under Target Count
• Click on Responses to survey questions
• Select the question from the drop-down next to if
• You can select multiple answer options from the drop-down.
• Determine whether you wish to apply the quota if this option is Selected or if it is Not Selected.
• Click on the + sign to add additional question to the filter.
• You may choose the option AND or OR
• Select the next question and apply the required condition
• Click on Save Filter

You can use System variable / Geo Location to filter data on the Advanced Quota Control. To do this, go to:

• Login » Survey » Edit » Advanced Quotas
• Click on Add Advanced Quota
• Enter the Name and Target count
• Click on System variable / Geo Location
• Here you can add filters for
  • Custom Variables 1 - 5
  • Extended Variables
  • Geo Location Filter: Geo Location Filter can be applied for City, State/ Region or Country Code
  • Geo Location Value
  • Email List Code
  • Device Type: Device type filter can be applied for Tablet/Smart Phone or DESKTOP/ LAPTOP
  
• Once the filter is applied, click on Save Filter
