Cross-Tabulation - Grouping
What is cross-tabulation grouping?
When running cross-tabulation analysis, if you have answer options which need to be analyzed as a group, you can do so using the cross-tabulation grouping tool.
How can I group answer options when analyzing data using cross-tabulation?
Go to: My Surveys (Select Survey) » Analytics
Click on Cross-Tabulation under the analysis menu.
Select the report for which you wish to set up grouping.
- Hover on the question for which you wish to group options
- On hover, you will see the grouping icon, click on this icon.
- On the popup, you can create groups by dragging the options for each group.
- Report will refresh and you can see the grouped data
In this example, we will group data for the age groups in Young and Old age groups.
