Lifecycle Rules for On-boarding and Exit Survey
HR admin will now no longer have to identify employees joining in and leaving the organization everyday to send out a survey. With the help of lifecycle rules, HR admin can create rule to send onboarding and exit survey after X days of employee joining and exit date. For example, HR admin has to send an onboarding survey to the employees after 7 days of the employees joining date than s/he can simply go to the lifecycle rule, select the survey for onboarding rule and define it to be send after 7 days. All the new employees joining in will get the onboarding survey after 7 days of joining
To setup Lifecycle rule, go to:
- Login>> WorkForce>> Manage Employee Roster>> Admin>> Lifecycle
- Click on Add Rule
- Enter a name for the rule
- For setting up onboarding rule, select criteria as onboarding and for exit survey select criteria as exit
- Denfine the number of days after which the survey has to be send
- Select the survey and template to be send and click on Save
- You can view the rule created
Can I edit the existing rule?
Yes, you can edit, delete or change the status of the created rule.
- To edit rule click on Edit icon
- You can also change the status of the rule and set it inactive.
- To delete the existing rule click on the delete icon
- You can also view the logs of the executed rules to view the number of employees received the survey
