Performance Review

Performance review offers to unlock the full potential of an employee by providing them the with ability to offer mobile feedback that is fast and fluid. Employees can select from a predefined list of performance competencies, skill descriptors, and rating scales. Open-ended feedback can be included at any point by the employee.

To setup performance review for the pulse app go to:

• Login>> WorkForce>> Mange Workforce>> Review>> Setup
• Enable Performance Review
• Select Review Period

• Select framework you want to use for review

• Click on show details to view the competencies and attributes

• Select the number of competencies that each employee will review

You can review an employee on your WorkForce Pulse app. To review go to:

• Login to Pulse app>> Performance Review
• Select an employee you want to review

• Select predefined competencies and give rating to the attributes

• You can add comments to the competency and submit the review for an employee

You can request for a review from an employee on your WorkForce Pulse app. To review go to:

• Login to Pulse app>> Performance Review
• Select Request Review

• Select the employee you want to request for review
• View the list of employee you requested for review and employees you have reviewed

To view the dashboard of all the reviews, go to:

• Login>> Manage Workforce>> Review>> Dashboard
