Pulse Deployment - Workforce
The Pulse deployment tool allows administrators to customize email invitations and choose when to send employee engagement Pulses according to specified frequency, time, and time zone. Whether you wish to send Pulses immediately, or time it when it is most convenient for employees to offer feedback, you now have the flexibility to do so.
To manually deploy Pulse, go to: Login >> Workforce >> Send
Click on Run Now to deploy Pulse immediately.
To schedule a Pulse, you must update the following information in the Workforce Pulse ‘Send’ tab:
- Frequency: How often do you want the Pulse emailed to you automatically.
- Time: At what time do you want the Pulse to be deploy.
- Time Zone: Select the time zone for Pulse deployment.
Click on Save Pulse.
Can I view the history of the Pulse sent?
Yes, you can view the history. Go to Send >> Sent
