Workforce - Stack Report

You no longer need to follow the tedious process of downloading multiple reports. Workforce Stack Report, will allow you to download multiple PDFs with the help of simple selections. All you need to do is select the demographics and download reports. With this feature, you can define and refine your selection criteria to the last detail.

To generate PDF reports for a survey, go to:

Login>> WorkForce>> Survey>> Manage Data>> Export

Select Primary Segment. By default all the values in the primary segment will be selected.

Click on "+" button beside Primary segment selection to refine your selection

You can select the Primary segment values for which you want to generate PDF report

Similarly select the Drilldown Segment and Drilldown Segment Value

You can also apply deployment and demographic filters on the selected segment

Click on Reset button to clear the selection and start new selection

You can view the number of reports that will be generated along with the total responses. Click on Download to downlaod a zip file of PDF report for the selected segment

Admin will receive an email of the PDF report in a zip file.

For example, Primary segment is selected as Country - India, US and Drilldown segment is selected as Department - Development, Finance then 4 PDF report will be generated. 2 PDF flie in India folder and 2 PDF file in US folder
